NASCAR Hall of Fame member Rusty Wallace, along with Raymond Beadle, were attending a ZZ Top Concert when Rusty caught site of Billy Gibbons' Eliminator Coupe. He commented to Raymond, "I would love to own that Car!". They approached Gibbons, who informed him "NOT FOR SALE!".
The vision of that Car stuck in Rusty’s mind. He began the journey to find a qualified builder to build one of his own.
As he searched, all roads led to the Infamous Henry Dana, noted car builder, and who was employed at Penske South at the time designing and building NASCAR Cup Cars.
Rusty and Henry set out to find the perfect car to start with only to be discouraged by the inferior quality of cars that were available.
After much searching, they purchased a body from Outlaw Bodies that was immaculate in every detail.
They then contacted Total Cost Involved for their Chassis, which would make the platform for this fantastic car.
Rusty went to Robert Yates of Yates Racing Engines for a precision built 351 Ford SVO Engine with Edelbrock Fuel Injection.
Henry selected a Ford C-6 Transmission, and a Ford 9”, built by Strange Engineering, with 3.73 gears and a positraction.
Henry assembled the crew from members of the Penske Racing NASCAR Team to perform their magic in constructing the car that would become a Top 100 Street Rodder Car of the Year.
After several years building, fitting and finishing of this beautiful Coupe, Henry applied a PPG's Black Cherry paint job.
For the final touches, and an incredible interior, Rusty selected world famous Paul Atkins to stich an unequaled beautiful Leather Cockpit.

This Car is a tribute to the top-of-the-line components available to build a car, with the ride, handling, and performance only found on the highest level of Hot Rods.
This Hot Rod has never been driven in inclement weather, in temperaturers below 70 degrees, or excessive heat over 100 degrees.
This Coupe has been stored in a climate controlled facility at a constant 60 degree temperature.
The asking price is approximately one third the cost to build, however I am looking for a very special buyer that can appreciate the Quality, Construction, and of course the Promenance that comes with this Car.
While I am asking $100,000 dollars, I am open to a sincere offer from a very special Person.
